Floor & bar

Waiters, runners and bartenders for the Ristorante and the Garden. Aperitivo, long lunches and a full section on a Saturday.

Dolci

Gelatieri and pastry hands for the sweet corner — gelato, waffles, crepes, cannoli and the pistachio kunafa.
